Nakrekal (Nalgonda): Two humans died instantaneously in a vehicle-motorbike collision at Nakerekal skip junction on Tuesday. According to police, Vanguri Nagesh (forty-five) of Chandampally village of Nakrekal Mandal alongside along with his son-in-regulation, Paladugu Gopal, have been heading on a motorcycle to distribute wedding ceremony cards of Nagesh’s daughter slated to be hung on February 17, to their loved ones and pals in and around Nakerekal.
A rushing vehicle heading toward Vijayawada hit the motorbike while taking a turn to Nakrekal at the bypass junction. In this incident, Nagesh and his son-in-regulation died on the spot.
Nakrekal MLA Chirumarthi Lingaiah, who changed into passing via the countrywide motorway, stopped his car and knew the police about the accident and known for ambulance offerings.
Expressing angst, the deceased’s villagers staged a protest on the highway that led to a traffic jam for over kilometers. On the intervention and guarantee of justice by using Nakrekal CI Gowri Naidu, the deceased’s kin withdrew their protest.
MLA Lingaiah expressed consoled the bereaved family members. Police shifted the deceased to a Government hospital in Nakrekal city for post-mortem. Based on the grievance of own family members of the deceased, Nakrekal police registered a case and took up the investigation.
